Registration Of Engineers (Amendment) Act 2007 PDF Print E-mail

All registered Engineers are hereby informed that the Registration of Engineers Act 1967, which was last amended in 2002 [P.U. (B) 363], is now further amended in 2007.

The relevant amended clauses are highlighted in the tabulation download for ease of reference. Please note that amendments to correct minor typographical errors and consequential amendments to the various amended clauses are not listed.

Malaysia’s Green Building Index
Malaysia’s Green Building Index was introduced on 3 January 2009, at the Green Design Forum organized by the Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM). A preview of the Green Building Index for Non-residential and Residential buildings were presented by Ir. Chen Thiam Leong and Ar. Chan Seong Aun respectively.
