PAM, originally established as the Institute of Architects Malaya (IAM) in 1920 has a history of some 70 plus years. In 1948, the name was changed to the Federation of Malaya Society of Architects (FMSA). 

The MGBC is supported by the professional, industrial and government sectors. It is well poised to lead our building industry in embracing responsible measures that would help realized energy savings, water conservation, a healthier indoor environment.

ISM is the professional institution representing the surveying profession in Malaysia.

The MIP is a professional institute made up of fully qualified professional town planners, working as planning officers with various federal, state and local authorities, as town planning consultants, etc.
